Page 10 of the rules: After a hit, you mention extra base advancement options with one or two outs, there is no mention of no out base advancement options. I assume no outs is treated like one out, unless you mention otherwise.
After installing Abc Player Editor from its CD, download the upgrade below and unzip the file's contents into the main program folder (the default is C:\Program Files\4th Street Software\AbcEditor\).
